Very knowledgeable and professional. We had them install a complete Control 4 audio system in our lake house in Horseshoe Bay. Joey and Donald were great to work with and their installation crews showed up on time and were very professional. They were also extremely knowledgeable about our internet provider and were able to work with them to ensure we had great service. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for home audio or automation.

I have been quite impressed with the professionalism and follow-up Imagine Solutions has shown. We hired them in August to install an updated audio system in our home. The job turned out to be more extensive than anticipated. Joey and his team worked under a time line to get the job completed. Throughout the entire process Joey and his technicians stayed in contact with me. You hear about many companies that oversell their product initially and offer little to no follow-up afterwards. This is certainly not the case with Imagine Solutions. Joey and his team have been very responsive to ensure we are completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them for all your audio and visual needs.

The best customer service I've ever experienced! When there was an issue, they owned up to it and fixed it PRONTO. I rarely see that kind of integrity in companies out there. Kudos, all! And thanks for the fix, Don.

Imagine recently completed installing Control4 in my home and I am extremely satisfied. The system works great and I am now planning on increasing the scope of work that this system can control. Joey and his staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with.

My small company was in need of a multi-purpose presentation system. I was not sure where to start so I asked Joey, the owner at Imagine Solutions in Marble Falls, if he had any ideas. Joey asked me a number of questions about what I was trying to accomplish with my system. It seemed he understood even better than I did what I was looking for. He gave me an estimate and said upon approval he would order the different components and after they arrived he would schedule installation. In about a week I received a call from Imagine Solutions that the components to my system had arrived and they worked with me to pick a good day that would work for installation. A technician named Kyle arrived on the morning of installation and after asking a few questions started installing the various components. A short time later another technician named Brian arrived and helped finish with the configuration of my new system. I would be happy even if that was where it ended but the technicians stayed with me until all of my questions were answered and my new system was configured exactly as I had envisioned. I am extremely happy
