Agreements are based on the size of the network and include 24/7 support, remote monitoring, anti-virus and patch management software, and priority scheduling. Our remote management software, Imagine RMM, lessens the downtime a customer experiences by allowing our team members to access the device in question from anywhere, schedule critical updates outside of office hours, and reporting problems, in some cases, before the customer is even aware there is an issue.
